Ethiopians are african and arab of heritage and race mostly.

The race of people is classified as "black". I'm surprised there is even a question about genology and weather the race is one thing or another as if screaming or cursing or being mad about somthing can change it? Why were you even reading the weird topic that involved a lack of respect for all races and cultures in the vernacular being used? I mean really, why not read something like a history book or national geographic is you want to find out?
