I need help!?

i know we all stress, but my stress is affecting my life!!!my hair is falling out, i grind my teeth at night and clench my face muscles, i have huge black circles under my eyes, i cant gain weight, i cant think straight, i fall asleep at the wheel, my body has broke out in whelps! my body stays tense, i yell at people. i need advice on how to reduce stress, i have in two years watched my grandparents die, fell in love with someone who isnt quite sure if he is, watched my mothers health deteriate, got kicked out of college, lost my job, with a mother and brother to care for. the only good news is my mom did start receiving benifits! now how can i reduce stress, i think its killing ME!!!

You need to see a counselor. You obviously have a lot of unresolved issues. And she can probably hook you up with an antidepressant...sounds scary but there's just chemical imbalance in your brain. ^-^ Hope you do better. Hang in there.

there are many medicines out there to help you, some people are scared but if you were having a heart attack you would see a Dr. same thing... get the help you will feel so much better...TRUST ME... BEEN THERE

You need a doctor, or a counselor. Really. It's surprising how much help they can be.

OMG things just dont seem to be going well for u did u see a doctor thats what u should do try to find someone to talk to about how u feel so it will lighten the load i think maybe the doctor will be your best hope hope all goes well :)

Exercise ! seriously it helps with stress and depression - and everything ! go for some cardio vascular runing/swimming to get out the frustration and some yoga to relax - It really works . And then eat properly - are you getting enough fruit and vegetables ? being defiecient in something can make you feel terrible . Try and eat a health non procesed diet - and take some vitamins to make sure . Simple but it makes all the difference !

well what u can do is take advice from some family astrologer or tarrot card reader. Move around with people u feel happy with like friends or ur boyfriend. They will surely help reduce ur anger. The best thing is go to a yoga instructor,do some pranayams that'll help. For physical losses go to adoctor or some beutician.

seek help, have a break before it kills you, get away from the stress for a while and find an interest something that makes you happy but nothing you will depend on like a man.
