I have black hair the bangs are to one side and end barely at the lips and it continues to the back then have another layer sort of from the chin but a little bit longer then i have one long layer that ends at the armpit but it was razor cut too. and i dont know what to do please help!! and can i have your opinion if the hair that i described is kind of emo or emo ro not at all?

Use a hair product that shapes. Usually any cut will look stylish when sectioned and shaped with a shaping hair product. It will look intentional rather than just looking like you got a really bad hair cut. Good Luck and God Bless!
