Ted Nugent Concert - House of Blues *** What to wear?!?

I am %26lt;reluctantly%26gt; attending a Ted Nugent concert at the House of Blues in Southern California next month, and I have absolutely no idea what to wear. My husband and his friend, huge fans of Ted's in highschool, are dragging along the wives for an evening of rock-n-roll and middle-aged guys who like to talk about hunting. Okay, so the other wife and I are thrilled about the idea. Can you tell? :)

So here's the thing. I live in Northern California, am your average 45-year-old who typically dresses like a suburban mom, and I have absolutely no idea what to wear to this kind of concert - especially in LA. Should I be in jeans and a t-shirt? All black with lots of silver? Camou? Slacks and a blouse? Sandals or heels?

My hair is blonde, and I wear it in a pin-straight, A-line bob. I'm 5'4" and top-heavy, so a spaghetti-strapped t-shirt is out of the question. (I know people do it all the time, but I don't care for visible bra straps.)

Get a pair of flattering jeans (not mom-jeans haha), maybe darkwash. Pair that with a tunic top like this

I would wear a nice pair of comfortable jeans and whatever top you like, and will feel comfortable in. TN is a very jeans kind of guy from what I can see. I doubt there will be many women dressed to the nines so to speak. I say basically casual and comfortable, you'll feel better and have more fun. If you and your friends dress in a similar manner it really won't matter what the other women are wearing. What are the guys wearing? If it is outside, I would bring a sweater, especially if you are going to be anywhere near the coast.

Jeans and a T shirt should be the most comfortable, you could do something similar to what your husband would be wearing. I recommend a comfortable outfit because the show could be standing room only (not familiar with the House of Blues as a venue).

Ted Nugent actually puts on a good and energetic show (hubby and I have seen him in the past).

If he isn't your speed of music, wear comfy shoes and good ear plugs, LOL

I would wear jeans and a tank top with wide enough straps that you could wear a bra under. Black or a white tank top would be good. With a cute belt with a silver buckle. I would wear boots. Go for a Heather Locklear/classy rock chick look.
